「英美港盟 主權在民」 全澳聲援

The ‘Fight for Freedom. Stand with Hong Kong.’ Team and the Hong Kong Higher Institutions International Affairs Delegation (Hong Kong HIIAD) are co-organising the "Stand With Hong Kong, Power to the People" Rally on 16th August, 2019, with the following major demands:

1) For the UK to declare a Chinese breach of the Sino-British Joint Declaration, a binding international treaty; and

2) for the US Congress and the UK Parliament to legislate and impose Magnitsky-style sanctions upon the persons responsible for / complicit in the suppression of rights and freedom in Hong Kong.

In response to this, university students are organising rallies in major cities in Australia, with the aim to gather international powers against the suppression of human rights and freedom by the regime. We call for everyone who supports the fight for democracy to stand with us in solidarity with Hong Kong.

連登「我要攬炒」團隊（Fight for Freedom. Stand with Hong Kong）以及香港大專學界國際事務代表團（Hong Kong HIIAD）將會於八月十六日舉行「英美港盟 主權在民」集會，呼籲：

(1) 英國確認中國違反《中英聯合聲明》國際條約；

(2) 英美國會各自制訂通過香港人權民主法案，制裁損害香港自治、自由、人權與民主的官員，如凍結他們的英美資產、禁止他們入境。

有見及此，全澳大專學生將於各大主要城市同日舉行集會，以聚集國際力量聲援香港學界，反對政權鎮壓。

我們呼籲支持民主鬥爭的每個人，與香港團結一致，集氣解破困局。
